WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AT AACC ANNUAL?

Companies that engage with AACC through AACC Annual can expect to engage with the entire event ecosystem throughout your experiences. Dedicated time and space to connect will be available throughout the event.

IS AACC ANNUAL THE RIGHT EVENT FOR YOUR COMPANY?

If your goal is to pitch your product or flood attendee emails with solicitations, then the answer is no.

AACC Annual is a meeting that promotes engagement and networking opportunities. Most important this meeting is a place where you can begin to cultivate new or enhance existing relationships with members of the community college sector.

EXHIBITING

The association will not offer a traditional exhibit hall for the 2025 AACC Annual. There are more effective ways to promote engagement between the companies attending our event and our members.

There are a limited number of demonstration kiosks available that will be placed in the hallways throughout the meeting space. Demonstration kiosks are professional and attractive kiosk structures that allow you to showcase your products or services to attendees in an open and inviting environment. The kiosk structure can be branded, and it includes a monitor to run demonstrations. An optional plexiglass divider can be added to ensure proper social distancing.

An application is required to be considered for a demonstration kiosk.

REQUEST FOR EXHIBITOR PROSPECTUS

AACC has created the AACC Annual Exhibitor Prospectus form to gather information about potential vendors interested in participating in our show.  The prospectus will be emailed to the point of contact at the bottom of the form if we deem your company a good fit for our program.
